Do you offer a demo or trial of your cloud platform?
We do offer a 14 day trial however we do qualify your organization to see if you are a fit for our partner program first. We do expect live trials to go along with booked sessions with our implementation and onboarding team. Feel free to request a demo / trial here.
Do we have to sign up for your partner program in order to get access to the integrations?

We do not offer our integration alacarte or "bolt on". That means you must use bvoip's cloud PBX and UCaaS offering in order to gain access to our many integrations. We do not work directly with end users however and only with IT & MSP firms. If you are an end user looking for a listed integration feel free to contact us and we will be happy to connect you with a bvoip partner who can assist you!

Where is your cloud located? I am concerned about QOS.

We have strategically deployed our private cloud locations across the global.  We currently have 8 locations to choose from.

All of our facilities are peering with top tier carriers in each region to cut down MS Latency. We also equip each facility with a Cloud Server side Session Border Controller (SBC)to mitigate NAT traversal and SIP RTP traffic across the internet from you to us.

How does support work? Can I get a hold of someone on the phone?

bvoip only works with our partners and we built our support team with techs who can talk at a high level with other checks. We support our partners and expect that our partners will support their end users. We will only communicate with an end user if we need to conference between the partner and the end user at the partner’s request. In order to provide support for our partners in Europe, North America, and APAC, we do run a three shift global support schedule daily six days per week. We are on-call during otherwise. We do offer a white glove on boarding and training, professional services, as well as volumes of documentation, knowledge base, and bvoip self guided academy video resources.

Do you offer your program outside of the USA?

Yes we do offer our program in USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.

Do we have to do this in the cloud or can we self host this solution?

This is a cloud based offering. We currently do not offer a self hosted option. 

We like the integrations but we really want some changes in order to meet how our company does things!

We actively welcome feedback and feature requests. We also do custom integration as well. bvoip ships 200+ new features per year. Most of these features and integration requests come from our partner community. We have a Partner Advisory Council as well as an Partner Integration Board to help us with prioritizing our road map as well. .
