    • Users are unable to login to the webclient after setting the password with the links sent on the welcome email, partner's links appear instead of instance's links.
      • We've made some changes to our password recovery system to make managing your passwords easier: - Unified Password Change: Now, changing your password will automatically update your control user password. - Automatic Control User Creation: If you don't have a control user for your extension, our system will create one for you. With these changes, you will be able to use the 'https://<YOUR_PORTAL_DOMAIN>/sso/webclient' link with no issues.

    • It appears in a recent change; we must now click the "Change Password" button under the security tab to adjust all passwords in that tab, for an extension.

      In a previous ticket, it was noted that when using the Regenerate button feature, it would create a "Deskphone web page password" at a length of 30 characters, though the system can only handle 20 characters. The workaround was to manually adjust that password and reprovision the desktop phone in question.

      Now, with the current changes, we need to adjust both the WebClient password AND the Deskphone web page password if we wish to make any changes.

      Would it be possible to make changes to the other three password under this setting and not have to change the WebClient password? Changing this password would require workflow disruption to a portion of our end-users.

    • When creating new users voicemail boxes show to be enabled but are actually coming up as disabled.
      • A fix has been published to address this tissue
