- Issue: Audio files over a minute are not uploadable to the instance. However, I can upload them manually into the backend. Is this something that we can correct to allow longer audio clips to be uploaded on this instance?
- enabled the teams direct routing and the services for this client and the services after reboot didn't came back. PhoneSystem SIP Server and PhoneSystem Management Console were not starting

- Direct Routing but the check box is not available. Curious if there is a relying setting that needs to be enabled for that check box to appear:

- We are looking to start testing the Callback feature in our day to day, so I was going to enable it to test in one of the test queues, but the check box is missing. I restarted, clear cache, and tried in different browsers but that box is still missing.

- We have fixed the parameter CallRecordingsPath inside the 1Stream config file of this instance on multiple occasions but from time to time it points to the wrong path again.
- This is resolved and should be automated now

- The duration of the call in the call history and the duration of some recordings do not match, I think I have reported something similar before, I have not found logs related to the name of the files that have not been uploaded or recorded completely
