Effective December 4th, 2023, we will be enabling SSO for 1Stream in the bvoip webclient as well as for the portal.1stream.com webpage.
It is expected to be smooth transition if your users are included in the Settings > Users section of the bvoip Control portal. If you do not have the users of your phone systems listed in this section of Control, it would be advised that this be done prior to the cutover date to prevent login issues. There will be a local login URL that will be available for a limited time after the cutover for those who need it.

- Expectation : When using this link, it will have you log in as you would with Control, it will take you to the 3CX webclient. Make sure that you have your 1Stream Client Chrome Extension installed or it will not show up.
- Admin Login SSO
- https://portal.1stream.com/Login.aspx?UseSSO=true
- Expectation : When using this link, it will have you log in as you would with Control, however, it will take you to the 1Stream Admin portal.
What To Do If You Have Issues
If you are seeing issues with the test URLs provided above or post cutover, provide a description with screenshots of the issue to our support team so that we can review it in full and determine next steps to get it resolved.
