These rebates are available when you replace five or more phones with select Poly phone and headset models between January 1st and June 30th, 2021.

WHAT'S ELIGIBLE FOR REBATES

• Poly Open SIP Desk Phones: Select desk phone models from the VVX and CCX series are eligible for rebates up to $60 per unit.
• Poly Headsets: Select headset models from the Savi, Voyager and Blackwire series are eligible for rebates up to $25 per unit.

Combine for Even More Savings

If you pair select phones and headsets that when purchased and claimed together, provide an additional $10 in rebates for the combined items.
