Sensitivity labels allow Teams admins to protect and regulate access to sensitive organizational content created during collaboration within teams. With this update, you will be able to apply sensitivity labels to teams created from templates as well.

When this will happen:
We will begin rolling this out in late September and expect to complete rollout by the mid-January (previously end of November).
How this will affect your organization:
End users will now be able to use the sensitivity labels that Admins have created within the tenant when creating a team from a team template.
