Heads up to all BVoIP Partners we are going to performing a mass update for all instances to adjust the CTI template for all customers. We are adjusting this to help alleviate pop-ups showing up in the app when the High Availability SBC function is triggered.
This issue occurs when something locally delays the phone's initial DNS query which times out and then moves to the second SBC registration route. There are variables that can cause this but since each end user's network is not constructed the same we are adjusting the CTI template on each instance to elliminate this from being presented.
