Automatic Call Logging!
Inbound and outbound calls from your phone system can now attach directly to account and contact records and will automatically create phone all activities. Notes from the pop up will also pass over as part of the activity notes. That means that any Streak CRM reporting or dashboards on phone calls will automatically apply too!
