Why is it important to automatically log calls into ServiceNow?

Like other service desk, help desk, and PSA tools getting every interaction into the system is critical for time tracking, billing, and project management. Both inbound and outbound calls being tracked end-to-end and loged into the system is key to making sure service management is being delivered. 

Automatic Call Logging!

Inbound and outbound calls from your phone system can now attach directly to account, contact, and service ticket history and automatically create phone all activities. Notes from the pop up will also pass over as part of the activity notes. That means that any ServiceNow reporting or dashboards on phone calls will automatically apply too!
