Poly has advised that starting June 2022, VVX x50 devices that are shipped new cannot be downgraded below factory loaded UC Software 6.4.3 or any other of the earlier compatible versions depending on the device's hardware revision.
They have also said similar changes could be coming for VVX250, 250, 450, EM50 as well.
