Every time a request is created from multiple channels into our system and we complete that ticket a survey goes out with 3 smiley faces and to-day we average a 32.5% response rate on across every ticket that is completed.

Nex.to just released a widget that we now show on our support center page which providers the average CSAT score over the last 90 days

This is similar to how other systems work and we are thrilled that this easy to implemented tool is now available which helps us be more transparent on how we are doing.

I personally checked and last month our score went up to 92.1% and this month so far we are at 100%!
