BVoIP is happy to announce that one of our preferred sip providers nexVortex has extended its Managed SIP (mSIP) cloudConnect to BVoIP's infrastructure in Rackspace. mSIP was first announced by nexVortex in September as a service which measures, reports, and guarantees voice quality for connecting premise-based PBX systems to the Cloud.
BVoIP hosts its Cloud UCaaS Platform in the Rackspace and nexVortex interconnects its privately managed voice network directly to the Rackspace cloud which allows voice traffic to transit directly from BVoIP’s platform to the PSTN cleanly and efficiently.
Voice quality measurements are taken, collected, analyzed, and then accessed via a private portal which makes it easy to both prove and see the quality of each call at various points along the call path. The solution has a set of service monitoring tools which provide automatic alerts if any problems are found.
BVoIP partners can now take advantage of this premium offering and gain access to a new tool set and deliver a higher level of QoS to their down stream customers. This can apply not just to the very large projects but also the small offices too.
