The BVoIP team are packing their bags and excited to be heading to London for IT Nation Europe 4/18-4/20. This is the second annual IT Nation conference for the EMEA region, with last year being held in London as well.
Events (the FUN stuff):
The event really kicks off at the Welcome Reception Wednesday Night from 17:00 - 20:00. Grab a drink or two, mingle with other IT & MSPs, and check out the sponsoring vendors. (see below we have a list of our favorites!)
If you haven't already heard, directly after the Welcome Reception there is a multi-vendor party, Wednesday Night from 8:30pm - 11:30pm. Don't wait to register and then jump into the festivities and enjoy some pints on "the house". Feel free to spread the word this one is a MUST! Register HERE.
Thursday evening from 17:45 to 19:45 there is a Happy Hour in the Solutions Pavilion (same as the Welcome Reception) which is another chance to mingle and check out the vendor areas.
Thursday night, Immediately after the Happy Hour is the IT Nation Europe Gala from 20:00 - 23:00. Enjoy the evening networking while the awards are announced.

He has played international cricket but now relaxes by playing in a rock band. He celebrated his 40th birthday climbing on Mount Everest. With his son he has walked to both the North and South Poles and climbed some of the world’s highest mountains to raise funds for cancer research.
Nigel Houlden
Head of Technology Policy, Information Commissioner's Office
Nigel Houlden is the Head of Technology Policy. His department develops policy positions and products in relation to information technology and information security issues. Nigel is the ICO’s lead technological advisor and key liaison with the ICO’s technology stakeholders.

Tracy Pound
Managing Director, MaximITy & CompTIA Faculty
Tracy Pound, founder and managing director of MaximITy, a technology training, consultancy and project management company based in Tamworth, England has more than three decades of experience in the technology industry, starting out as a programmer before moving into consultancy, training and project management roles. She has successfully deployed large scale IT infrastructures – including hardware, software and services – into many industries, including financial services, construction and general manufacturing, with projects ranging from £10k to in excess of £1.4M.
Tracy was appointed to CompTIA's Board of Directors and was recognized as CompTIA Member of the Year for 2017. She was also voted one of the top 50 women in technology in a survey by PCR, the UK trade magazine for the computer and IT industry and was awarded their ultimate accolade; Woman of the Year 2016.
A published author, Tracy has also appeared on TV, most notably being featured with eminent UK inventor Sir Clive Sinclair.
In April 2000 Tracy launched her own business, MaximITy with the philosophy that IT should help facilitate business not hinder and to translate business needs into technology solutions for businesses of all sizes. Tracy is a member of the Chartered Management Institute and a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting.
Tracy is also passionate about helping others succeed in tech, mentoring companies under CompTIA’s mentorship programme as well as speaking at events and places of education about tech and the future workforce, especially to encourage young people and women to explore tech careers.

Gareth Johns

Gareth Johns is a successful goal-oriented entrepreneur; a statement which means a lot to him.
