Every year at this time we hear the “new year resolutions” chatter spark up which usually results in a surge in gym memberships, diet plans, vacation bookings, and so on. This is also the time where businesses focus in on what they want to accomplish which usually starts with a review of what happened the year prior. Figure out what works and what doesn’t and then move forward with the planning!

Here at BVoIP we are focusing on three main themes in 2017

Streamlined User Experience

We have many places to get things done between our Cloud PBX platform, integrations portals, support portals, billing platform, ideas portal, up time and maintenance portal, management and provisioning platform, and so on. There is a lot going on between all of those parts and we want to start bringing that all together to provide a more focused way to get around and get things done.

Automate Processes

We are in the tech business just like our partners. By working on automating our internal processes and also providing mechanisms for our partners to speed up how they interact with our systems on a day-to-day basis we feel we can make life easier. This isn’t just for our staff we are also working to to help sales, back office, and technical staff efforts from a BVoIP perspective. Keep an eye on our Unified Management and Provisioning Platform for starters as well as our continued effort to bring meaningful integrations and tools for your teams and your down stream customers.

Partner Collaboration

We built BVoIP out of an MSP and continue to focus our efforts on the IT and Managed Services arena. This year we plan to build on top of our events from last year as well as provide additional resources for training and on boarding. We are soon to announce our partner advisory council and integration advisory board so that we can create a more formal avenue to build a path forward together.

Closing Thoughts

I want to take this time to thank all of our partners that have bought into our story and that have grown with us. While 2016 had its challenges the team here at BVoIP is very excited for 2017 and how we can really provide value and additional growth opportunities for our IT & MSP family.
