ConnectWise Cloud customers have been updated to the latest release of 2015.6 which included a UI change for Tickets.
For ConnectWise On-Prem customer when you upgrade to 2015.6 this will also affect you.
This UI change required BVoIP to update the plugin in conjunction with ConnectWise to maintain inbound screen pop functionality.
You can update your plugin by clicking on the option within the Plugin menu as shown below.
