Instead of live support hours starting at 3AM (New York) / 8AM (London) time we will be on-call and start live support hours starting 8AM (New York) / 1PM (London) and continue until the normal 6PM (New York) / 11PM (London).

At all times, we are available for emergency technical support by calling any of our office numbers (select 1 when prompted and leave a message which will be routed to the on-call technican).
