In some cases, we see IT and MSP shops have multiple comms systems because they may only need a specific team or group within the originization to have enhanced features leaving the rest of the company on the "original" phone system. Obviously, that isn't ideal but it is an option to reduce costing.
We still truly believe we here at BVoIP have the best combination of feature set vs price point than just about any option on the market with our own Cloud PBX offering. However, we also do believe in the power of choice and flexibility.
For those of you that are ConnectWise users the ability to "bolt on" our ConnectWise integration has now been UNLOCKED. ConnectWise is now added to the other MSP, IT, and Helpdesk systems such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce Desk, and soon Autotask.
There are some limitations for certain systems on the list however most of the functionality is available across the board. Check out the list below!
