So your team wants to be proactive and monitor email alerts coming out of each PBX instance for things like blacklisting, license issues, registration errors, and so on.
The problem is that each error message that comes in via email doesn't necessarily tell you which instance the error generated from. If you have multiple customers then this becomes literally a needle in a haystack.
Workaround
Each PBX requires the following pieces of info to setup email alerts:
SMTP Server:
Port:
E-Mail Address: instancename@itsupportco.com
User Name:
Password:
Our suggestion is to setup unique from email addresses from each tenant so that you know exactly which instance is sending you the alert.
