IF you choose to manually provision phones make sure that you pay extra special attention to the differences in the provisioning URL as they can change based on manufacturer and model
For Snom devices in particular the provisioning URL would need the following added to the end of the url “/cfg{mac}”
So for example this would what a provisioning URL could look like:
http://instance.fqdn.com/provisioning/we0uijdif09//cfg{mac}
instead of
http://instance.fqdn.com/provisioning/we0uijdif09//
