A heads up to BVoIP Partners we have adjusted Live support coverage starting today, November 1, 2017

After an analysis of the last 12 months of global service requests, BVoIP has increased our support team's head count as well as shifted the alignment of our live support coverage. 

Starting today, live support coverage will be Monday - Friday 8AM - 9PM New York Time. 

This will largely assist our North American West Coast partners as well a our Australia & New Zealand Partners.

As always, we are available for emergency on-call assistance outside of those hours.
