We are happy to announce bvoip's 2020 Partner Connect training dates. Partner Connect's are a 1 day live partner event to give bvoip partners the opportunity to take a deeper dive into the bvoip technical story. The content of these events will include:
- A deeper drive into the bvoip technology stack (partner portal, ordering system, etc).
- Security measures and how to activate and configure Barricade
- Device Templates & Provisioning tips and tricks
- Best practices for deployments and new account on-boarding
- Anatomy of troubleshooting call quality issues
- A Walk-though of our 1Stream Integration Platform
- Road map visibility
- Open forum style question and answering
- Networking with other bvoip partners
While capacity will vary from venue-to-venue we are planning for roughly 25 people per event with enough room to have everyone bring their laptops and be comfortable. Registration is available on a first come first served basis.
