JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to establish first contact and cultivate strong relationships with customers. If you are self motivated, results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.
This position can be remote which means you need to have high speed internet and viable computer.
Responsibilities
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns & events as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through calls and emails (At least 100 calls per day)
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Establish trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Channel Account Managers
- Review and maintain reports on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Required Skills
- 1+ years experience in customer service or customer facing sales.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
- Self-starter persona, dependable and the ability to respond quickly and accurately on multiple priorities.
- Proven track record of execution in strategic campaigns, driving lead generation, and sales pipeline activity.
- A fun, creative approach and you’re not afraid to be honest and straight forward.
- Experience in SaaS preferred.
- Awesome communication skills with a positive and upbeat personality.
- Experience presenting to prospective MSPs as well as end user partners an asset.
Are there bonus points?
Yes! We'll give your application extra credit if you have one or more of these:
- A year or two+ in any type of sales, business development, or fundraising role
- Knowledge of Hubspot CRM
- Previous history in Software Sales in the IT Services or MSP industry
